Natalie’s Hauling School is designed to help those who want to become a Business Owner or Business Operations Manager. The program includes virtual classroom training and hands-on training. During classroom training, participants will learn the crucial skills needed to become a Business Owner or Business Operations Manager to include planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of a business. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies and procedures, understanding all aspects of finance, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. These skills are vital to becoming a successful small business owner or manager.
Each week participants are required to watch a pre-recorded lesson and complete the homework assignments, test, and quizzes for that lesson. Students are required to attend a live virtual lecture each week, where the students and instructor will discuss the homework assignments, test, and quizzes. At the end of each lecture there will be Real-World activities, which are designed to acclimate participants to the world of small business ownership. Examples of Real-World activities include creating a logo, designing a business card, applying for an Employer Identification Number (EIN), writing a business plan, and applying for a small business loan.
Successful business owners and managers must have access to the latest technology. That is why we will give each participant a Surface Pro tablet, keyboard, mouse, printer, filing bin with file folders and office supplies. Our goal is to make sure each participant succeeds.
